Lesley Murphy has gone from politics in Washington, D.C. to a contestant on ABC’s The Bachelor to a marketing manager for a luxury hospitality company in Argentina. After living and working abroad for a year, she decided it was time to put her travel wisdom into a travel blog cleverly named The Road Les Traveled.
Four years into blogging, she decided it was time to invest back into the brand and website design. That’s where our wisdom and caffeine-addiction became useful.
The website attracts a high volume of visitors and is the center of attention. Our goal was to make this digital destination as beautiful and inviting as the places Lesley guides us through. It was important to make her captivating photos shine, so we based the layouts on in-yo-face visuals.
Another goal was to help visitors get as quickly to the content as possible. The website features a comprehensive world map, beaming visitors to the right destination upon a click. Directly below is also an advanced filtering mechanism for quick-scan discovery of interesting content.
