We partnered with Top Hat because we didn’t want a web design like everybody else in our industry. We view our properties as different, and wanted web visitors to feel the same right away. We had a lot of access to understand how and why designs and UX fit our defined needs, and enjoyed working with the team and their tremendous eye for detail throughout the process.
Starwood Retail Partners, the fifth largest owner of regional malls in the United States, enlisted the Top Hat crew to design a revitalized look to establish unity and an improved user experience across its twenty-eight-plus locations nationwide. The result is an understated look that offers surprise flashes of colors that are revealed through various interactive states and custom-styled input fields.
