Lifting Design without Losing Content
Dugan & Associates is one of the top personal injury firms in the Western PA area.
Like all websites, it reached the end of its lifespan requiring a fresh redesign.
Our big challenge, however, was to retain the depth of content that had been developed over the years. Every page was important to port in some fashion, especially for SEO purposes.
Our engagement required taking complexity, and making it feel intuitive and simple for the end user.
Before putting pen to pixel, we centered all stakeholders on a high-level wireframe to map the data and organize it.

Once the base wireframe and architecture was established, we began to flesh out designs.
Dugan & Associates has an established brand in Pittsburgh, supported by a large traditional ad budget, so it was key to distill into the website feel.
Chat Support
A cornerstone piece of the website was to recreate the Chat Agent.
We partnered with Blazeo to equip the site with live agents 24/7 to help people when they need it.
