Love at First Sip: Meet Lord Hobo Brewing, Our Hoppy New Client
We opened the floor to breweries — pitch us why we should work together, and what we could do together. The winner would receive our services in exchange for beer.
When we put out that RFP, I honestly wasn’t sure what would happen. But then, the crew at Hop Culture published a piece on our passion project and the taps starting flowing.
Pitches started coming in from all over. Pittsburgh, Massachusetts (quite a few from there, oddly) and even Brazil.
The moment Lord Hobo Brewing’s pitch landed in our inboxes, however, we had a special flutter in our hearts (and not just from the abuse of caffeine). And the moment we tasted their beer, it was love at first sip.
The “will work for beer” RFP by the Top Hat team was an obvious sign that they are our type of people. They share our sentiment in the value of great beer, so we’re pumped to work with them — says the Lord Hobo Team
Lord Hobo — the Lord of Hoppy Beers
We’re thrilled to announce that our first-ever brewery client is Lord Hobo Brewing Company in Woburn, MA.
The brewery will turn two years old in June, but they’re already available in New England, New York, Delaware, Florida and Colorado. It’s quite a feat to be so well circulated at such a young age.
They serve up a hop-centric line-up of beers figure-headed by the iconic Boomsauce, which has an impressive 87/100 on Beer Advocate.
What We’ll Be Up To
Together, we’ll be:
- Redesigning the Lord Hobo website
- Designing shipping packaging
- Designing corporate identity materials
Along with several other projects to be announced as we get beer-deep in the work.
We’ll be sure to keep the updates flowing, so be sure to follow us on this hopped-up adventure.
