I’m thrilled and honored to announce that our work has been recognized with four Hermes Creative Gold Awards.
The Hermes Creative Awards — by the association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) — is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies.
Here are the categories and projects that brought home the gold:
Emerging Technologies/Website Design and Development
Project: Top Hat Website Redesign
We underwent a total website overhaul recently redesigning the website from the philosophy and ground up. This project was a milestone for us because we got to apply a trove of lessons learned from strategically developing websites for our clients.
- If you haven’t already, I’d recommend taking a behind-the-scenes look at the redesign process. It’s a great peek into what goes into a website redesign.
Project: The Secrets of Power Pitching
Myself and my good friend and colleague Jason Mollica—president of JRM Comm—launched The Secrets of Power Pitching in early 2016. The Secrets of Power Pitching is a 21-video-lesson course that walks through media pitching from idea to research to preparation to pitching to following up.
Our goal was to not only create in-depth content, but to house it in an innovative portal. We developed a training portal with unique user access, lesson tracking and easy navigation through the lessons.

Project: GoodGuyFitness Brand Design
Matt Hardy is an ISSA certified fitness trainer and specialist in fitness nutrition. His approach to fitness is direct, simple and proven by results. He doesn’t just preach the mantra of balance and “baby steps.” He lives it day in and day out.
Matt brought us on to launch his personal brand. We built GoodGuyFitness from name to cultivated story to visual identity to digital destination.
Project: Inbound Agency Journey
On the Inbound Agency Journey co-hosts Andrew Dymski and Gray MacKenzie interview leading inbound marketing agency owners and key influencers from around the world to help agency owners build better agencies.
The goal of this project was to create an eye-catching, iconic identity while remaining consistent with the DoInbound brand.
